Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United States only. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Shipping options at checkout

• Free Standard Shipping — $0. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after your order ships.
• Standard Shipping + Protection — $4.65. Same shipping method and delivery estimate, plus MIRAE Shipping Protection (see below).

Tracking
We email tracking information when it becomes available for your order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

MIRAE Shipping Protection
If you choose Standard Shipping + Protection and your package is stolen, or tracking shows it as delivered but it never arrives, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

For every order
Lost-in-transit, damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled under our Refund Policy, whichever shipping option you choose.
