Order Cancellation
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For valid return requests regarding the effectiveness of the product, please document before and after photos with time stamps of consistent and correct use of the product (directions on our website product page) for our records. This prevents customers from abusing our no-questions-asked return policy.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective

You received the wrong color

There is a delivery issue (e.g., lost in transit)
In such cases, we will confirm your shipping address and phone number, and we will send you a replacement order. A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment.
Refunds
Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account after we have issued it.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please reach out through the Contact page on the MIRAE website (or email miraeusa.shop@gmail.com), and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
1-Year Replacement Promise (BodyPulse Pro only)
If your BodyPulse Pro stops working because of a manufacturing defect within 12 months of delivery, we’ll replace it. To request a replacement, contact us or email miraeusa.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a short description, photo or video of the issue.
This promise does not cover accidental damage, misuse, loss, water damage, normal wear, cosmetic damage, or unauthorized modification. It is not a lifetime warranty. It does not affect your 30-day return window or any rights you have under applicable law. BodyPulse Essential orders are covered by our standard return and damaged/defective-item terms above.
