The BodyPulse return policy is being finalized before launch. We have not added a satisfaction guarantee or promised a trial period.

What needs to be confirmed

Return window, opened-product eligibility, return address, return shipping costs, refund timing and the process for damaged or incorrect items. The prior store policy’s before-and-after photograph requirement is not appropriate for BodyPulse shipping claims.
